Background and Expertise
CTK Chicago Partners Nick Saraceno specializes in industrial and commercial real estate in metropolitan Chicago.
Nick earned a B.S. degree in chemistry in 1977 from DePaul University, magna cum laude, and was recognized as the top undergraduate in his class. He attended Loyola’s Stritch School of Medicine for one year before he decided to pursue other interests. Between 1979 and 1984, Nick was employed by Mobay Chemical Corporation in technical sales. During this time he attended DePaul University on a part-time basis and earned a Master of Science in Accountancy. After passing the C.P.A exam, he was employed by Arthur Young, an accounting firm where he specialized in taxation form 1984 through 1986.
Since 1986 he has been employed by William Kritt & Co. (now CTK Chicago Partners). He quickly learned to maneuver within the metro industrial and commercial markets and was promoted to vice-president in 1991.
Nick has brokered over 400 transactions ranging from 2,000 square foot leases to the sale of a 400,000 square foot industrial building.
