Background and Expertise
Maria has been providing administrative support services to successor GVA real estate companies for the last 23 years, starting at Rubloff and following principals of GVA to Mesirow Realty, Chicago Realty Group, and GVA Chicago.
She currently manages the daily operations for GVA Chicago, now CTK Chicago Partners Suburban Office, including bookkeeping, payroll, and secretarial support for partners, handling confidential employee and client information. She also oversees health insurance plan, 401K plan, vacation schedule, and other human resource elements.
