Background and Expertise
Greg Wernisch has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience representing owners and users of industrial and commercial properties in North Suburban Chicago and Southeastern Wisconsin.
Mr. Wernisch achieved the SIOR designation in 1990, the CCIM designation in 2008, and has served at the Board Level with the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). He has represented numerous clients including Westinghouse Electric, The RREEF Funds, The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, the City of Janesville, WI, Opus North Corporation, CenterPoint and the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Railway Co., recently acquired by Canadian National. In all, he has handled the sale or lease of more than 11 million square-feet of existing facilities and over 1200 acres of land.
